These orchids are usually found growing on a cushion of Sphagnum. Their flower emerges on the top and typically arrive from July-September. 5) Fen Orchid: Easily one of the rarest miniature orchids. They are usually found in marshy and wetland areas. The fenlands of East Anglia, south Wales, and Devon are few places where you would find them. The miniature orchid list is ever expanding.
